1 cup of banana
1 cup of frozen mango
1/2 teaspoon turmeric
Put all the ingredients in the blender and top with the Caramelized Almonds & Pecans Granola, fresh raspberries and shredded coconut
1 frozen banana
4 frozen coconut cubes (coconut milk frozen in cube trays)
1/4 cup of coconut milk
1/4 cup of cocoa nibs or small chocolate chunks
Blend the first 3ingredients together until ice-cream consistency. Add some cocoa nibs or chocolate near the end and swirl for a few seconds. Top with the Dark Chocolate Granola and fresh strawberries
Fill your breakfast bowl with low-fat yogurt.
Top with the Quinoa Peanut Butter Granola, fresh banana slices and a dollop of peanut butter.

100 ml coconut water
1 frozen açaí pack
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
1/2 cup frozen mango
1 fresh banana
